Winter Garden Academy is open Monday through Friday from 7am – 6pm. 5:30pm - 6pm is considered extended hours, which will be charged an extra fee.

Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks will be provided daily; children with food allergies or special diets will bring food from home along with a doctor’s note.

All medication needs to be in the original prescription container with the pharmacy’s directions for use. No over the counter medication.

The registration for a child is $130, and $215 for families with more than one child.

A 10% discount will be applied to siblings.

Anyone who enters must be let in by management or have a key card. All classrooms are equipped with cameras for management to view.

School will be open year-round; we will close on major federal holidays and teacher work days.

Families will receive photos and daily updates on meals, diaper changers, etc. through the ProCare Parent Engagement App.

Families will complete a vacation/absence form when the child will be out for 5 consecutive days and will only be responsible for 50% of the tuition for up to 4 weeks a year.
