What are the hours of Winter Garden Academy?

Winter Garden Academy is open Monday through Friday from 7am – 6pm.

What are the meals provided at WGA?

Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks will be provided daily; children with food allergies or special diets will bring food from home along with a doctor’s note.

What is the procedure for bringing medications for my child?

All medication needs to be in the original prescription container with the pharmacy’s directions for use. No over the counter medication.

What is the curriculum WGA uses?

Winter Garden Academy uses two curriculums: Learning Beyond Paper and Wee Learn.

What is the cost of the registration fee for my child/children?

The registration for a child is $125, and $200 for families with more than one child.

Does WGA offer any discounts?

A 10% discount will be applied to siblings.

How is Winter Garden Academy secured?

Anyone who enters must be let in by management or have a key card. All classrooms are equipped with cameras for management to view.

Does Winter Garden Academy offer tours?

We offer tours Monday through Friday from 10am – 1:30pm.

When is Winter Garden Academy closed?

School will be open year-round; will close on major federal holidays.

How will parents receive communication from the teachers or administration?

Families will receive photos and daily updates on meals, diaper changers, etc. through the ProCare Parent Engagement App.

What is the procedure for my child/children missing days from school for vacation/family trips?

Families will complete a vacation/absence form when the child will be out for 5 consecutive days and will only be responsible for 50% of the tuition for up to 4 weeks a year.
